PHJoy Privacy Policy
This policy sets out the little data this independent guide collects, what happens to it, and the say you have. As an information site — no casino accounts, no deposits, no bets — we handle very little by design.
What we collect
We open no gambling accounts and move no money, so there is little to gather. In practice it is standard, largely anonymous site data — which guides get read, for instance — plus whatever you choose to send through the contact page. We ask for no financial details, and there is no casino sign-up or login anywhere here.
Cookies and site analytics
We may set cookies and use privacy-minded analytics to see which guides earn their keep and to sharpen the site. They surface trends in aggregate, not you as an individual. Your browser settings let you limit or clear cookies, and nothing here stops working if you do.
What the data is used for
Whatever little we hold goes only toward running and improving this guide and answering messages you send. Your personal data is never sold, we build no ad profiles of you, and keep anything only as long as the job needs before deleting or anonymising it.
Third parties
We may use ordinary service providers — hosting and analytics, say — who handle data for us under their own terms. When we link out to first-party sources such as the app stores or PAGCOR, those run under privacy policies of their own, which are theirs not ours; we would read them before sharing anything. We are not answerable for how sites we link to treat data.
Your rights
Under the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012, you hold rights over your own data — among them being told what is held, seeing it, and having it corrected. Since we keep so little, most requests are quick to deal with. To make one, or just to ask, use our contact page.
Our legal basis, and how long data stays
Under that same Act, the little we process rests on clear and narrow bases: the consent you give when you write in, and a legitimate interest in keeping everything running and secure. We run no automated decisions about you, and we neither sell nor rent your data. We also keep it no longer than the purpose needs — a message is kept while we handle it and a sensible while after, then cleared — and because we run no accounts, there is little reason to keep anything for the long term. Gather as little as possible, keep it as briefly as possible: that is the default we work to.
Staying in control
You keep the final say over the little we hold. Clear or block cookies from your browser whenever you like, ask us what is on file, or ask us to correct or delete it — and because we store so little, acting on that is quick. The contact page is the one place to reach us for anything privacy-related, and we action any valid request the law grants you.
Security, children and changes
Security. We take sensible steps to guard the little data we touch and serve every page over HTTPS encryption. Perfect security is beyond any website, but holding as little as we can is itself among the strongest guards, and it is where we start. Children. This site and its subject are for adults 21 and older; we knowingly collect nothing from anyone younger, and if you believe a child has sent us anything, tell us and it goes. Changes. We may revise this when our practices or the rules shift, so a look back now and then is worth it if privacy matters to you.
